Sylvia B. Patterson received a certificate in Computer Aided Design and an Associates degree in Architectural Engineering Technology from Trident Technical College. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Southern Polytechnic State University. Being associated with land development work in metro Atlanta since 1981, Sylvia has extensive design experience as well as knowledge of local regulatory policies, procedures and personnel. She is a competent civil design engineer, and qualified to manage projects from survey through hydrological evaluation and design, permitting and construction.
